The bathroom had grime, and there was something splattered on the wall. No coffee or breakfast options were available, which was disappointing. The AC struggled to keep the room cool, and there was no elevator, making it tough to carry luggage upstairs. Service was not great. I felt unwelcome during check-in and the towels provided were of poor quality. Overall, with some significant upgrades and better service, this place could turn around.
